I'll Have 6 Salmon Burgers and Some Humble Pie Please

Hubby and I were waiting in line at the seafood market when the lady in front of me asked, "When are you due?"  I replied with my standard catchphrase of "sometime in September."  I was making note of how I must really be looking pregnant these days since strangers are asking me about it when she continued with, "so you're having twins huh?"

I began wracking my brain to figure out who this person was and how she knew me, but was coming up with nothing.  It turns out she doesn't know me.
